Arborvine just completed a hardscaping project at my home that involved the installation of a new brick walkway and lighted pillars. The owner, Greg, was very responsive and easy to work with. His crew was excellent — hardworking, detailed and collaborative. Everyone at Arborvine wanted to make sure we were happy. We are thrilled with the result and have received so many compliments from our neighbors.

So very glad that we had the opportunity to work with Greg and his team to upgrade the gardens at our new house in North Wilmington as well as get a VERY thorough Fall clean up. Fabulous design, and redesign too, when our plans needed to change.

His team, headed by Alex who answered all of our questions about maintenance as well as the day to day work, were very responsive as well as conscientious.  They were on top of things after they left as well – answering our email questions about watering in a very timely fashion to make sure that our investment was taken care of.

Would highly recommend them to anyone for installing new gardens as well as maintaining and cleaning up what you have.

We contracted with Greg and his team to replace about 200′ of backyard drainage piping. His pricing was competitive and they didn’t try to upsell us, or redesign the project parameters, as some of his competitors did. He installed exactly what we requested and the resultant project was a success. We no longer have a lake in our backyard and water is being diverted away from our foundation. I am very pleased the backyard patio, walkway, stairs and landscaping Arborvine recently finished at my home.  Greg worked with me throughout the entire process listening to my ideas, answering my questions and making suggestions. He met with me multiple times to make sure all of my questions were answered.  Once the work began I was kept up to date with progress reports and any delays caused by weather.  The 2 person crew very professional and easy to work with.  I had one concern during the construction that was handled immediately.

Greg and his team worked closely with us on a major transformation for our front yard. When we moved into a new property, the steep hill was a huge concern from a safety and aesthetic perspective, not to mention a nuisance to upkeep regularly. Arborvine provided initial design concepts and partnered with us to refine our selection, from materials to plants, and led a beautiful improvement to our property that raised curb appeal, made our front entrance much more accessible, and changed the entire vibe of our yard for the better.

We have now worked with Arborvine for two major transformations across our property, and I will continue to partner with them as other projects come up. Arborvine Landscaping has done an excellent job each Spring getting our gardens back into shape after the harsh winters. Cleaning the debris, cutting back the plants properly, mulching and cutting the beds — all done well. They have honored their warranty on plants multiple times by replacing a couple of cultivars that did not make it. We have also had Arborvine aerate and seed the lawn — also done well. Greg Chakar has always responded in a timely manner to any question that has been asked.
