Modern Outdoor Oasis

So very glad that we had the opportunity to work with Greg and his team to upgrade the gardens at our new house in North Wilmington as well as get a VERY thorough Fall clean up. Fabulous design, and redesign too, when our plans needed to change.

His team, headed by Alex who answered all of our questions about maintenance as well as the day to day work, were very responsive as well as conscientious.  They were on top of things after they left as well – answering our email questions about watering in a very timely fashion to make sure that our investment was taken care of.

Would highly recommend them to anyone for installing new gardens as well as maintaining and cleaning up what you have.

Crew H-1, L-2 and all the Arborvine team members have worked incredibly hard, starting before 8am and usually working past 5:30pm. The new landscaping looks great and the front walk and patio restoration are impressive.

My property had a serious drainage problem and Arborvine Landscaping created a beautiful swale that is sure to solve the issue. Additionally they planted some gorgeous native plants in a freshly created bed. The transformation is amazing!! Crew members Alex, Pedro and Angel were very professional and hardworking. We moved into a home that had not been upgraded outside and was in need of new landscaping. We
wanted to add an outdoor kitchen as well for our anniversary. The work in the front of the house and also the outdoor patio and kitchen were higher than our expectations. When we moved into a new property, the steep hill was a huge concern from a safety and aesthetic perspective, not to mention a nuisance to upkeep regularly. Arborvine provided initial design concepts and partnered with us to refine our selection, from materials to plants, and led a beautiful improvement to our property that raised curb appeal, made our front entrance much more accessible, and changed the entire vibe of our yard for the better.

Arborvine designed and constructed a new front stoop with two steps and a walkway from the driveway. They gave excellent advice and helped us select materials that would look nice and function well. They have a good aesthetic sense — the new hardscaping is pleasing to the eye. They were careful with existing plantings and repaired or replaced them as needed. They are very friendly and professional.

Arborvine Landscaping has done an excellent job each Spring getting our gardens back into shape after the harsh winters. Cleaning the debris, cutting back the plants properly, mulching and cutting the beds — all done well. They have honored their warranty on plants multiple times by replacing a couple of cultivars that did not make it. We have also had Arborvine aerate and seed the lawn — also done well. Greg Chakar has always responded in a timely manner to any question that has been asked.

Another superb job completed by the Arborvine H1 crew. They shored up our split-rail fence with stronger wiring and it looks fantastic. They are a diligent and hard working crew that pays attention to details! Thank you!
