If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Greg was great to work with – he came out within a day or so of my inquiry to discuss my project and provide an estimate. He listened to what I was looking to do and wrote up a detailed estimate outlining the scope of the project perfectly; offering to schedule the work to be done much sooner than I expected. His estimate was right within our budget and communication was great (can’t say that about many other contractors!).

The day the work began, his crew arrived early and began right on time. I left a few things in the area where the work was to be done – they cleared the area with care and neatly stacked the things I left behind my shed. Everything they did was meticulous and professional. His crew followed the scope of work to a T.

Greg made sure to ask me ahead of time which path I’d prefer them to use to haul the heavy equipment to the project area. His crew stayed perfectly within the area/path specified to minimize damage to my grass… and they of-course repaired all areas as needed afterwards. Very happy with the results! Greg and the Arborvine crew did an excellent job on a design-build project for us late last year. We had steps added from our raised patio to our backyard. They added a planting area near the driveway, bluestone steps, boulders, shrubs on the side, river rock borders, smaller river rock under the patio (which looks great now instead of a mud hole), and made it all look perfect. What really impressed me was the response time on questions and changes before any money changed hands, AND the ease at which changes were accommodated during and near the end of the project. I’ve seen some contractors take a week or more to return email/calls, but Greg was nearly immediate! Highly recommended and I’d use Arborvine again in a heartbeat – without getting other quotes!

These guys are great and really know their stuff. First off the provided a very detailed proposal with a clear plan that was easy to understand and showed they knew exactly what the project needed in concrete terms… including a list of itemized supplies needed. They were able to come sooner than anticipated even having their schedule pushed back with all the recent rain. Their employees were all super friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard under very hot conditions to knock out the job correctly and in a timely fashion. They also provided detailed maintenance instructions for watering (sod and plant) and drainage system. Correspondence and communication top notch with personal emails sent with updates on progress. Highly recommend and will be using them again for future projects.

Crew H-1, L-2 and all the Arborvine team members have worked incredibly hard, starting before 8am and usually working past 5:30pm. The new landscaping looks great and the front walk and patio restoration are impressive.
